Before you spend a cent on AI — or anything else — we sit down for 90 minutes and work out where your business actually lives. What’s in a system. What’s in a spreadsheet. What’s only in your head.
Within five business days you get a short pack back: the real problem, named — what you came in wanting to fix and what’s actually going on underneath it. A map of where everything in your business lives right now. And the things most worth fixing first, with what each would cost. Plus the list of things I’d never touch — your money, your client relationships, whatever should stay yours alone.
Yours to keep
The pack is yours, whoever you end up working with — including nobody.
It can say “you don’t need me”
If the honest read is that you don’t need me to build anything, that’s what the pack will say.
Credited in full
If you sign on to build within 30 days of getting your pack, the $500 comes straight off Phase 1 (a fixed $2,500) — so you’re never paying for it twice.

Setup + Picture + Plan
I set the AI up on your own computer — your accounts, your logins, taught what only you know — build the full picture of your business, and hand you a plan for the next six months: what to build, in what order, and what each piece costs. You sign off before anything gets built — and nothing’s owed until you do.

We build what your plan points to, one clear piece at a time — built and tested against your real work, not a demo, then turned on with you at your desk. Each build is its own fixed price; you stop whenever you’ve got what you need.

If you want me to stay: a monthly rhythm — you and me — that keeps it all running as your business changes, and quietly builds the next small thing. It’s also the home for the little jobs that come up, so nothing gets lost.

I’m Chris. I spent twenty years inside large organisations, and I learned one thing the long way around: the admin of doing your job can eat all the time you have to actually do it. Fixing that for a small business isn’t a transformation programme — it’s a setup job. Same as getting a sparky in to wire up a circuit, except the circuit is the paperwork eating your weekends. I’m based in the St George area, so I’m close enough to come back when something needs adjusting.

Nothing sends without you
The AI drafts; you approve. Emails, quotes, bookings — nothing goes out, gets booked, or gets spent without your say-so. That’s the standing rule on every setup, from day one.
There’s an off switch
One move turns the whole thing off — and you’ll have flicked it yourself during setup, so you know it’s real. It’s written into the agreement, and when our work ends, my access ends with it. You keep the keys.
I never see your passwords
You enter your own logins, on your own screen, with me beside you. I don't store them or write them down.
Your files stay put
Only the finished setup gets shared — straight to your own Google. Nothing scattered across the cloud.
Nothing leaves without your say-so
Your suppliers, your team, your numbers — never shared, sold, or shown to anyone. And we agree up front what the AI never touches at all.
Recordings are deleted
I only record on-site sessions to build accurately. Used for that, then gone.

One price, no surprises — and your First Sort is the first $500 of it. Then $750 when you sign off the plan, and $1,250 when it’s done and handed over. You’ll walk away with the AI set up on your own computer, the full picture of your business out of your head, and your plan for the next six months.
The Builds — $1,500 each
Most owners’ maps turn up more than one thing worth fixing. Each build is scoped from your own plan, priced fixed, and entirely optional — you stop whenever you’ve got what you need.
Kept Sorted — from $300/month
After the setup, if you want me to stay.
Essential — $300/mo: monthly tune-up, minor fixes, priority response. Your setup keeps working as your business changes.
Embedded — $750/mo: everything in Essential, plus ongoing build time each month — the next job, the next fix, without re-scoping each time. The tier I recommend for most.
Prices are GST-free — I’m not GST-registered. Payment terms are 14 days. Teams over five or so change the shape of the job, so they get their own quote — I’ll tell you on the fit call. You’ll also need your own AI subscription (currently Claude Pro, about $30/month, paid direct — I’ll help you set it up).
FAQ
Questions people usually ask.
Is this IT support?
No. I’m not fixing printers or installing software. I set up AI to handle the writing and admin that eats your time, then teach you to run it.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
Not a thing. If you can use email, you’ll be fine. Teaching you to run it yourself is the whole point.
What about my data?
Nothing goes in without a conversation about what to load and what to keep out. You enter your own logins; I never store passwords.
How long does it take?
First Sort takes 90 minutes, and your pack lands within five business days. The setup-and-plan stage takes a couple of weeks, most of it my time, not yours. Builds come after, one clear piece at a time — you’ll know the timeline for each before you say yes to it.
What if it doesn’t work?
You sign off the plan before anything gets built, and nothing’s owed until you do. Every build is tested against your real work before it’s turned on. And there’s an off switch written into the agreement — you can stop the whole thing, any time, and my access ends when the work does. You’re never locked into the next stage.
Why would I pay $500 just to be told what’s wrong?
Because that’s the valuable part — one owner paid for the conversation alone, before anything was built, and said it was worth it by itself. The pack is yours whatever you decide, and the $500 comes off the build if we go ahead. If the honest answer is that you don’t need me, that’s what the pack will say.
Isn’t this just consulting?
The thinking part is — and unlike most consulting, you keep it on a page. The difference is what happens next: I stay, build it at your desk, and it’s a fixed price, not a day rate.
Won’t AI just do this itself soon?
The generic setup? Probably — and when it does, you should use it. What won’t come in a box is someone at your desk who works out where your business is stuck, teaches the system the things only you know, and answers the phone when something breaks.
